Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
